Dr. Barry Poulson
Barry is a Professor of Economics at the University of Colorado and Co-Founder of the BBA Task Force. He is the author of numerous books and articles. Poulson is currently developing the criteria for the implementation of a Balanced Budget Amendment once ratification is complete.
Rep. Gary Banz (Ret)
Gary is a retired High School teacher, former member of the Oklahoma legislature and Co-Founder of the BBA Task Force. Banz is a true believer in the BBA, having carried the flag in Oklahoma for four years where he has methodically advanced it despite heavy opposition.
Mike Stern
Co-founder, Balanced Budget Amendment Task Force; former Congressional staff member; currently an attorney specializing in legal issues related to Congress and the legislative process. Mike has been involved in Article V issues for over 10 years and acts as counsel to the BBA Task Force.
